Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant at Pouch Point, you will be the face of the store, delivering excellent customer service while educating customers on our range of oral pouch products. You will play a key role in supporting customers on their journey to quit smoking or vaping. We are looking for a Part Time Front of House Team Member who is friendly, energetic, willing to learn, hardworking and brings a good sense of humour to a friendly professional team to deliver the best customer service experience. Experience isn’t necessary but is always welcome. This role requires fixed working shifts: Mon to Fri 12pm - 2:30pm or 5.30pm - 8pm for a total of 12.5 hrs per week.
