A Tandoor Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking traditional tandoori dishes using a clay oven (tandoor). The role requires expertise in marination, grilling, and baking items such as naan, kebabs, and tandoori meats while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working kitchen staff to join our busy and growing restaurant located in Hatch End, either full or part-time. Minimum one year kitchen experience.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications and quality requirements., • Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation of all dishes served., • Follow kitchen procedures to ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours., • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety in all food preparation areas., • Monitor food storage, labelling, and stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent waste and ensure food safety compliance., • Assist with stock checks and report shortages or wastage to the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef., • Support the development of new dishes, specials, and menu improvements when required., • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment., • Ensure allergen procedures are followed and food is prepared in accordance with customer requirements.

Join our team as an assistant pizza chef and work in a dynamic kitchen where you'll help create delicious pizzas, made from scratch with our in-house dough and ciabatta bread. Assist with our breakfast and full pizza menu, including weekly specials. We value teamwork and motivation, and you'll be a crucial member of our kitchen team. The position requires availability for 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
