Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications and quality requirements., • Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation of all dishes served., • Follow kitchen procedures to ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours., • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety in all food preparation areas., • Monitor food storage, labelling, and stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent waste and ensure food safety compliance., • Assist with stock checks and report shortages or wastage to the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef., • Support the development of new dishes, specials, and menu improvements when required., • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment., • Ensure allergen procedures are followed and food is prepared in accordance with customer requirements.
