We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail team members to support the Concession Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service and operational excellence. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient running. Support sales staff in assisting customers with product selection and purchases. Monitor sales performance and staff productivity, implementing corrective actions where necessary to improve operational outcomes. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and refunds professionally, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management and suppliers to resolve operational challenges, manage stock availability, address customer issues, and coordinate merchandising requirements.
