We are looking for a confident, reliable and trustworthy Sales Assistant to join our growing business. Working hours: • Wednesday to Friday, • 12:00pm–7:00pm, • 21 hours per week, • £13 per hour The role includes: • Welcoming customers and helping them discover suitable fragrances, • Explaining scent notes and demonstrating perfumes, • Managing perfume testers and maintaining an organised testing experience, • Preparing iced coffee and matcha drinks, • Processing card and cash payments, • Monitoring stock levels, • Keeping the shop clean, presentable and secure, • Opening and closing the store when required, • Creating occasional social-media content during quieter periods We are looking for someone who: • Is confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers, • Has strong sales and customer-service skills, • Is responsible, punctual and trustworthy, • Can work independently without constant supervision, • Maintains professional boundaries with customers, • Is genuinely interested in perfume, beauty or luxury retail, • Is comfortable appearing in occasional social-media content, • Has previous retail or sales experience Knowledge of Arabian fragrances is helpful but not essential, as product training will be provided.
