The Role This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, combining the art of hospitality with the drive of sales: Event Management – Lead catering events and pop-ups across London, from intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions of up to 500 guests. Customer Journey – Take full ownership of the client experience: from first contact, sales, and follow-up, to ensuring guests feel cared for on the day. Hands-On Leadership – Be present at events, coordinating set-up, guiding the team, and stepping in wherever needed to deliver seamless service. Growth & Partnerships – Identify opportunities to expand our presence and secure repeat business.
