Encourage teamwork and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen. Develop new menu items and collaborate with management on seasonal updates. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant environment, ideally Italian cuisine. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, keeping a calm demeanor in busy service times.
