Essential Qualities & Requirements • A good level of spoken and understood English is essential, to communicate effectively with the kitchen team and follow instructions., • Reliability and punctuality – someone who consistently turns up on time and takes their responsibilities seriously., • Long-term commitment – we are looking for someone who wants a stable position rather than short-term or temporary work., • A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard during busy services., • A positive, cooperative attitude and ability to work well as part of a team., • Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organised kitchen., • Ability to work efficiently, independently and follow instructions., • Previous kitchen porter experience is preferred but not essential.
