And we're looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our bar team. We're after someone kind, confident and who knows how to support & inspire a team, and welcome & awe guests from the first impression. You'll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one. The role As Bar Manager you'll work alongside your General Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day operation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means setting the standard for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible.
