Key Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised bar area.
- Handling cash and card transactions.
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations.
- Building positive relationships with regular and new customers.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
