Responsibilities
• Assist in the leading and managing the bar team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Help oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings.
• Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimising waste.
• Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
