Here at PRS Recruitment we are looking for Reservation Agents for the festive period to work with one of our clients who are a collection of London’s most luxurious restaurants. As Reservations Agent, you will be part of the Reservations Team for the restaurants and will be based at our Clients head office. The role: · 5 days over 7, must be flexible with working weekends. · Shifts are 9-6pm, 10-7pm and 11-8pm. · The role will start from 11th November and run until the end of the year. You must be fully available throughout this period (Closed on Christmas day). · £15 per hour (this includes holiday pay with in the pay rate) Duties: · Receive incoming reservation requests from customers and record their details, including name, contact information, party size, date, and time of reservation, special requests. (e.g., dietary preferences, celebrations), and any other relevant information.) · Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and attentive to customers' needs and preferences. Answer any queries customers may have regarding the restaurant, its offerings, and reservation policies. · Use the restaurant's reservation management system effectively to input and manage reservations, update the status of reservations, and ensure accurate seating arrangements for different party sizes. · Coordinate with restaurant hosts, servers, and management to ensure the seamless flow of reservations and to meet guests' needs efficiently during peak hours. · Enforce and adhere to the restaurant's reservation policies, such as cancellation policies, deposit requirements for large groups, and any other relevant rules.

We are looking for a Hospitality Floor Manager you would be working closely with the Operations Manager, to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks within both our large conference and banqueting operations. The venue is a Grade II* listed award-winning events venue in a perfect central London location. Job Description - Full Time, 45 hours - ·Hourly Rate: £14.25 / £33,450 pa equivalent. - Up to 38days annual leave (dependant on job role) - As a Hospitality Floor Manager your key responsibilities will be: - To plan, organise and deliver a successful operation of the events, dinning rooms and other areas within the Hospitality department with the assistance of the relevant department heads. - To liaise with other key personal, including marketing, events and sales department in order to deliver service the meets and exceed the client expectations. - To brief the Hospitality team on all aspects of the business and to oversee the running of all events, workings lunches and dining. - To meet clients on arrival making sure that the event is as they require, and ensuring that any on the day changes are passed on to the relevant people where necessary. - To assist on the development of the Hospitality waiting team, making sure that they adhere to standards laid down by Hospitality Managers and provide training as required, specially on the areas of food and beverage service. - All catering administration including banking and financial reporting to your line managers. - To train or provide training to the staff so to ensure they operate in accordance with the department standards including any casual labour that may be required. - To monitor on a daily basis the standards achieved in your department and report to your line managers any areas of concerns. - To liaise with key people in all necessary areas (kitchen, events, reception, etc…) of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards pre-agreed. Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our clients team located in the Hyde Park area. The role - Tuesday to Sunday every week. (Tuesday to Friday, 19:00 to 23:00. Saturday and Sunday, 18:00 to 22:00) - £11.44 per hour + holiday pay on top. - Pay is weekly.
