We are hiring an experienced part-time barista. Day-to-day tasks Prepare the premises or outlet ready for opening. Welcome customers, take orders and process payments. Prepare and serve coffee, hot snacks, sandwiches and cakes. Clean and tidy work areas, equipment and coffee machines. Check and order new stock. Skills and knowledge Customer service skills. The ability to work well with others. The ability to sell products and services. The ability to work on your own. Excellent verbal communication skills. A good memory. The ability to work well with your hands. The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Please note this is for a FULL TIME role Newly Opened Maple Brunch Cafe in Bethnal Green. Must be able to start at 7am on some days MUST have previous Barista/Server experience, be outgoing and great with guests!
