I am currently headhunting for a Bartender / Potential Head bartender for a newly opened bar. It's a high end experiential cocktail bar focused around Rum & Cocktails. Implementing and refining a experimental menu that has a large base of bespoke glassware, and concepts in place for the right candidate the Head Bartender role will be opened.
