In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
