We are an independent steak-led restaurant / pub looking for an experienced Grill Chef with expert knowledge of handling and cooking premium steaks What we’re looking for: A grill chef minimum 1 years experience with the ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining high standards throughout Strong knowledge of beef cuts and resting techniques, able to confidently cook guests orders to their preferences and excellent at grilling steaks Employ’s food safety standards at all times and ensures kitchen team do the same Works with appropriate due care around sharp knives and high temperature equipment Communicates clearly and takes direction well Must have right to work in UK What we offer: Competitive rates of pay- dependent on experience Further training and progression Sundays and Mondays off every week
