Bartender Duties: Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Craft classic cocktails and develop seasonal or signature drinks. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times. Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age. Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS system accurately. General Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
