Bartender Key Responsibilities

Restocking bar supplies and inventory.
Cleaning glasses and equipment.
Ensuring a safe and responsible drinking environment.
Waiter / Waitress
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide advice on ingredients
Taking orders: Take orders from customers and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Serving food and drinks: Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Table service: Set and arrange tables, clear tables, and return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
Payments: Deliver checks and collect payments
Customer satisfaction: Check in with customers during their meal, deal with any complaints, and make sure customers are happy
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and other serving and kitchen staff
Health and safety: Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations
