Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard., • Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner., • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar., • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations., • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management., • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience., • Handle cash and card transactions accurately. What We're Looking For • Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar or as waiter, • A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards., • A team player who is reliable, punctual, and well-presented., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays., • Personal Licence and cocktail experience are advantageous but not essential.
