Bartender

We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Mercer Roof Terrace Restaurant located on the 7th floor of Vintry & Mercer Hotel. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. We are looking for a bartender to join our team at Faros Oxford Circus. It will be full time work 5 days a week around 45-50 hours a week

We are a Modern Mediterranean restaurant and Pizzeria and looking for a bartender/waiter/waitress . Sky Garden have 2 distinct areas of service – one where a bartender can showcase their skills in the most traditional sense and within our restaurants where a more dispense style of service is necessary. Responsibilities: - Craft innovative cocktails and classic drinks - Provide exceptional customer service - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Collaborate on seasonal menus - Handle front of house duties including greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment - Keep glassware impeccable and bar equipment in top condition - Assist with inventory management and supply orders - Perform other tasks as necessary to ensure smooth bar operations Requirements: - Proven experience as a mixologist - Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work nights and weekends - Knowledge in wine is a plus

Part time Immediate start Monday to Friday only Must have experience and proactive approach to work. Classic cocktail knowledge will be expected.
