As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Building Solutions North team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects for key strategic clients. Your day to day will include: • Managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin and support budgeted profitability, • Tendering, evaluating and appointing subcontractors, and placing orders for materials and plant, • Identifying, evaluating and negotiating variations to contracts with customers and suppliers, • Measuring and valuing work to support invoicing of customers and payment to suppliers, • Producing monthly VCRs and End Life Forecasts, and managing cashflows What are we looking for?
