We are looking to recruit a beauty therapist to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working as a beautician and they would know or be willing to learn hairdressing. As a beautician we expect you would be able deliver the following treatments: manicures, pedicures, waxing, massages and facials when the business demands ie walk-ins, sickness and holiday cover etc. Main responsibilities: 1. Meeting and greeting clients. 2. Delivering a first class customer service at all times. 3. Assisting with promoting our salon reputation. Qualifications Experience: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 year experience in the beauty industry working within a salon or spa environment. Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner. Fair spoken English. Reliable and trustworthy nature. Confident, friendly and a real people person. We are looking for people that have a passion for nails, have great communication and time management skills and are team players. We can offer a competitive salary of up to £15 per hour plus tips. We would expect you to have at least 2 years salon experience and to be confident in manicures and pedicures with classic polish, shellac, biab builder, hard gel and acrylic extensions. Ideally you would also have experience with waxing, threading, lash and brow treatments. You should be available to work on Saturdays.
