Provide an exceptional guest experience, be warm and professional in communicating with guests. Be enthusiastic and adaptable, responding positively to the ever-changing business needs. Be flexible to changing of duties during the day. Smooth running of a section. Ensure all the tables are clean and set up prior to service. Make sure the restaurant is clean and immaculate before opening the door to the guests. Ensure the takeaway area (container, paper, bags, etc.) is full and ready for the launch service. Ensure stations are refilled with blue paper, cloths and sanitizer. Communicate and mis en place issues with management. Keep tidy and clean the storage. Ensure cooperation and excellent communication between back and front of house.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible pizza chef, specialized in making Neapolitan Pizza, for the Restaurant Pizzeria Meridionale in Fulham, London. The restaurant has 32 seats and specializes in serving cuisine from southern Italy. The position is full-time, with shifts that are a mix of lunch, dinner, and doubles, totaling 7 shifts per week. There are two days off, one of which is always on Sunday. Each shift lasts about 6-7 hours, and the pay is £80-90 net per shift (based on experience). Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 12:00 - 15:30, 17:30 - 22:30 Sat-Sun: 12:00 - 22:30 28 days of paid vacation. The job is available immediately.
