Working hours: 50hrs/week Restaurant Kitchen Opening Hours Monday-Saturday 12:00pm – 10:15pm Duties: Run the starters section. Ensure adequacy of supplies always. Place orders promptly. Manage ingredients that should be available on a daily basis. Follow the directions of the head chef and sous chef.
