Description We are looking for a serious, reliable and experienced person to support a 19-year-old young woman in a private family setting. This is a responsible care role and requires maturity, patience, emotional awareness and confidence working in a home care environment. What you’ll do: • Support with daily routines and personal care, • Provide emotional support and companionship, • Join walks, outings and activities, • Support PEG-related routines (training can be provided if needed), • Help maintain a calm, safe and positive environment, • Build trust and consistency in daily support Who we’re looking for: • Previous experience in care/support work is essential, • Fluent English required, • Reliable, emotionally mature and professional, • Comfortable supporting a young adult in a private family home, • Strong communication and understanding of responsibility, • Weekend availability preferred, • Right to work in the UK Important: This is a serious and responsible position.
