Key Responsibilities: Sales and Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients, including homeowners and property developers. Build strong relationships and promote our services effectively. Convert leads into signed contracts by showcasing the value of our services. Project Estimations and Costing: Prepare accurate project estimates using bills of quantities and take-offs. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing for materials and services. Ensure estimations align with client requirements and budgets. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide timely updates to clients and the internal team throughout the sales and estimation process. We are looking for a self-employed, experienced painter/decorator for a minimum of 3 months work. Previous painting and decorating experience is essential. Apply paint, stain and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, etc. Remove wallpaper, make good walls, apply paste and apply new wallpaper. Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Examine and inspect tools, equipment, and stock items for wear or defects. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. UPVC windows and doors fitters are responsible for the professional installation of uPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. Their primary duties include: 1. Measuring and assessing the existing window and door openings to ensure accurate fit of the new uPVC units. 2. Preparing the openings by removing any old frames, sills, or trims, and ensuring the surfaces are clean and level. 3. Installing the new uPVC windows and doors, including the frames, seals, and any additional hardware such as hinges, locks, and handles. 4. Ensuring a proper, secure, and weathertight fit of the new units, using appropriate fixings, sealants, and insulation. 5. Carrying out any necessary finishing work, such as trimming, caulking, and painting, to create a seamless and aesthetically pleasing installation. 6. Providing guidance and advice to customers on the care and maintenance of the new uPVC windows and doors. 7. Adhering to all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the installation process. 8. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area, and disposing of any waste materials responsibly. To be successful in this role, UPVC windows and doors fitters typically require a combination of technical skills, practical experience, and customer service abilities.

Part time tire fitter or mechanic with tyre fitting experience. May suit retired or semi professional.

Role will include electrical first fix and second fix to 14x two/three bed apartments. Role will include running cables, and installing electric underfloor heating, electric towel rails, light fittings and electrical outlets.
