Experience • Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred., • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in mechanical repairs., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous., • A valid driver's licence may be required depending on the nature of the work. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fit out projects to join an established business delivering projects across a varied client portfolio. You will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure works are delivered within budget while protecting the commercial interests of the business. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the fit out sector is required for this position.
