    We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Canterbury Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen. ++Annual alary offer of up to £42,700++ ++is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.++ Who and what is Pho? We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our small, friendly team. You will support people in their own homes and out in the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing. No previous care experience is required. What matters most is that you genuinely care about people, communicate well, can solve problems and are committed to providing respectful, person-centred care. The role You will work in line with each client's person-centred care plan and provide support with day-to-day activities and personal care. Previous care experience is not essential – full training, shadowing and ongoing development will be provided.
