We are property & housebuilding recruitment specialists looking for our next Senior Recruitment Consultant! Location: Canterbury, Kent (UK) Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 working from home Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped earning potential Previous experience running your own desk and working 360 necessary. We're a small team with big ambitions situated in the heart of Canterbury with nationwide scope. Now, we're looking for a motivated senior recruitment consultant to come into a well established desk and take full ownership of exciting hiring projects. You will be well versed in client and candidate management and be able to easily headhunt new clients and candidates. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, from first contact to final offer. You’ll: • Identify and engage top talent through research, databases, and headhunting, • Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process, • Manage CVs, coordinate interviews, and deliver standout candidate presentations, • Negotiate offers and support candidates through to onboarding, • Proactively market high-quality candidates to clients, • Win new work & have full control of your pipeline You’ll work closely with fellow senior consultants who will be able to steer you as you find your feet.
