Key Duties of the Assistant Project Manager Attend and organize Review Meetings, Project Review Meetings, and Project Team Meetings to help ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Support the delivery of projects under the guidance of the departmental manager—on time and within budget. Monitor the progress of project life cycles and assist teams in meeting internal and external milestones. Liaise with all departments to understand and meet project, engineering, and manufacturing requirements. Work across multiple technical projects of varying scale and timelines. Manage project documentation using MS Project and support the wider Project Management team.
