We specialise in Starlink satellite internet, structured networking, Wi-Fi optimisation and smart connectivity solutions. Demand is growing rapidly, and we’re expanding our remote sales team to keep up. The Role We’re looking for UK-based, tech-savvy sales professionals with experience in telecoms, networking, or connectivity solutions. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role where you’ll be converting warm inbound leads from customers who already want better internet and networking solutions. No cold lists. No gimmicks. Just real demand and a proven service. Your earnings are directly tied to performance - strong reps consistently earn £5,000+ per month, with top performers exceeding that. What You’ll Be Doing • Converting qualified inbound leads (100+ per day across the team), • Taking incoming sales calls and advising customers on the best connectivity solution, • Explaining Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options in plain English, • Booking installations efficiently and accurately, • Managing customer interactions via our CRM, • Following up warm enquiries to maximise conversion, • Working independently while communicating clearly with the wider team This Role Is Ideal If You • Have experience in telecoms, broadband, networking, or IT-related sales, • Understand Wi-Fi networks, routers, signal issues, and connectivity challenges, • Can confidently explain technical solutions to non-technical customers, • Have phone-based sales experience and know how to close, • Are self-motivated and disciplined (fully remote role), • Are UK-based and available during UK business hours, • Prefer performance-based earnings over fixed salaries, • Are organised, communicative, and comfortable using CRM systems, • You’re open to mentoring others or leading a small team as you grow within the business What You’ll Bring You don’t need to tick every box, but the strongest candidates will have most of the following: • 2–5 years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role, • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, • Comfort discussing technical products or services with customers Earnings & Commission • £90-£150 commission per completed installation, • Realistic earnings: £5,000+ per month, • Top performers: £8,000–£10,000+ per month, • Performance bonuses available, • No earnings ceiling Growth & Progression This role is designed for people who want more than just a sales seat.
