Responsible for driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across key retail accounts. About You To succeed in the role the right candidate will be an experienced sales manager, preferably with experience working and managing accounts of Major UK Supermarkets and a self starter ready to make a significant impact on the Gran Luchito business. Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead the grocery Sales Team, • Manage key UK retail accounts such as Waitrose and Tesco, • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement the UK strategy., • Bring in new business, • Creating and implement annual JBPs for customers., • Managing P&L of accounts within budget., • Effective internal and external communication of performance, recommending specific actions where the business looks to consolidate areas of strength as well as rectify underperformance., • Bringing Gran Luchito to life in store!
