    Job Title: Christmas Market Sales Assistant – Turkish Ceramics & Evil Eye Gifts Location:Oxford Christmas Market Dates: 22nd November – 31st December 2025 Working Hours: Every Sunday - Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm daily Every Thursday-Saturday 10 am - 8pm (full-time and part-time shifts available) About Us: We are a small independent business offering beautiful, traditional handmade and hand-painted Turkish ceramic goods along with unique evil eye wall hangings and beaded jewellery. Each item is crafted with care and represents the rich cultural artistry of Turkiye. Our stall brings a warm splash of colour and cultural charm to the festive season. Role Overview: We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our stall for the duration of the Christmas Market. You will help customers choose special gifts, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure products are displayed beautifully throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, • Provide product information and assist customers with purchases, • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, • Restock and maintain an attractive and organised display, • Keep the stall tidy and secure throughout the market hours, • Support daily setup and pack-down as required, • Confident communicator with a warm and approachable personality, • Passionate about customer service and sales, • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently in a busy environment, • Retail experience preferred, but not essential, • Interest in handmade crafts, cultural gifts, or jewellery is a plus, • Competitive pay + potential performance bonus, • Fun and festive working environment, • Opportunity to learn about Turkish craftsmanship and cultural traditions, • Staff discounts on our beautiful handmade products

    Customer Services Team – Software Support Agent Job Type: Full Time Salary: £24,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Healthcare Location: Oxford, UK (Office-based role) About Us Focus Micro Systems is a long-established software company based in Oxford. For over 40 years, we’ve been developing specialist software for the property sector, supporting letting agents, estate agents, and business transfer agents across the UK. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent – Software Support to join our friendly team and help us continue delivering great customer experiences. The Role This is an office-based, customer-facing role focused on supporting our in-house property management software. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries by phone and email, resolving software issues, and helping customers get the most from our products. It’s not a general IT or hardware support role. Instead, you’ll become an expert in our specialist applications and build strong relationships with our clients. What You’ll Be Doing • Providing clear, professional support to clients via telephone and email., • Investigating and resolving software-related queries., • Using our ticketing system to track, manage, and follow up on client issues., • Learning our software so you can confidently deliver training, demos, and webinars., • Working with a supportive team in a fast-paced but friendly environment. What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach., • Previous experience in customer service or software support., • Good time management and problem-solving skills., • Confidence with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Strong numeracy and analytical skills (e.g. compiling reports)., • Ability to work well in a team and handle client-facing situations. It would be great if you also have: • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (writing/troubleshooting queries)., • Knowledge of software testing and defect logging.
