Working alongside a brigade of four chefs, you will prepare fresh, high-quality food from scratch for students and hospitality events, including fine-dining dinners and special occasions. The kitchen provides three lunch sittings, with service running from 10:55am to 1:45pm, creating a structured daytime working environment. Requirements • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, • Experience in volume catering, • Good knowledge of fresh food preparation and cooking, • Ability to work across different kitchen sections, • Positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills, • Enhanced DBS required; support with the application is available
