Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects to completion, assessing and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution. You will oversee the delivery of Billable Works in compliance with government regulations, statutory requirements, and health and safety policies. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrable experience in project management delivering construction, refurbishment and engineering works. You will also require: • HND or equivalent in building/civil engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or similar, • APM, RICS, MCIOB or similar, • Asbestos RP, Legionella RP, or AP training desirable, however not essential, • Experience in project management, including leading teams, stakeholder management, cost control, and operational planning., • Experience in supervising site operations, managing work priorities, and driving performance improvements., • Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
