The Opportunity: This is a varied and fast-paced role overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £30k£1m. These include: • Full commercial kitchen design and build., • FOH and BOH refurbishment projects., • Servery, bar and seating area development., • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contract Manager within the foodservice / commercial kitchen environment., • Strong technical understanding of FOH and BOH catering facilities., • Ability to confidently advise customers on operational design and layout., • Excellent stakeholder management and site coordination skills., • A financially stable business with long-term career paths., • Professional, friendly and supportive culture., • Strong pipeline of aspirational and high-profile projects.
