You will work with the Head of Safeguarding to support schools and ensure compliance in accordance with safeguarding and wider legislation and in the development and delivery of training for DSL’s and school-based staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a DSL in a school and has worked in a variety of different agencies. Focused mainly on electrical maintenance, you will be required to perform a range of assigned front-line maintenance/operational activities on our sewage pumping stations. Working in multi-disciplinary teams that are responsible for carrying out scheduled, unscheduled and emergency maintenance work on mechanical and electrical equipment. What you’ll be doing as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician: • Investigate plant failures and perform repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible to avoid interruptions to the process. About the Role: You will be based from the prison with some cover across probation offices and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs.
