    Customer Services Team – Software Support Agent Job Type: Full Time Salary: £24,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Healthcare Location: Oxford, UK (Office-based role) About Us Focus Micro Systems is a long-established software company based in Oxford. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent – Software Support to join our friendly team and help us continue delivering great customer experiences. The Role This is an office-based, customer-facing role focused on supporting our in-house property management software. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries by phone and email, resolving software issues, and helping customers get the most from our products. It’s not a general IT or hardware support role. Instead, you’ll become an expert in our specialist applications and build strong relationships with our clients. What You’ll Be Doing • Providing clear, professional support to clients via telephone and email., • Investigating and resolving software-related queries., • Using our ticketing system to track, manage, and follow up on client issues., • Learning our software so you can confidently deliver training, demos, and webinars., • Working with a supportive team in a fast-paced but friendly environment. What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach., • Previous experience in customer service or software support., • Good time management and problem-solving skills., • Confidence with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Strong numeracy and analytical skills (e.g. compiling reports)., • Ability to work well in a team and handle client-facing situations. It would be great if you also have: • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (writing/troubleshooting queries)., • Knowledge of software testing and defect logging.
