This role is ideal for someone with strong front of house experience, team leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Front of House Cafe Supervisor you will take ownership of daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, high presentation standards, and a consistently welcoming customer experience across all shifts. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting continued growth. Working as a Front of House Cafe Supervisor you will lead by example, supervising staff, coordinating service, and supporting training to ensure the team delivers high-quality food and drink service. You will also work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless service. You will also support stock control, compliance, and event delivery, helping to create a professional, efficient, and customer-focused environment that enhances the overall visitor experience.
