They are looking for an IT project coordinator to work with stakeholders, system engineer, vendors and process engineers at their new manufacturing site in Abingdon: -Work alongside the infrastructure and system engineer on site and help coordinating all technical specs, technical concepts, documentation and resources needed for their new MES (manufacturing execution system) installation, configuration and integration; -Communicate with business stakeholders to gather their feedback and requirements; -Work with MES vendors to gather technical information; -Communicate with all parties involved and ensure alignment; -Documentation and reporting; -Monitor on going IT project projects Requirements: -1 year+ experience working as project engineer or project coordinator ideally in IT environment for instance service desk, IT infrastructure, IT support, system engineering or software engineering or software implementation, etc. and good understanding of IT terminology -Ideally familiar with manufacturing and clean room environment -Attention to details and excellent communication skills -Proactive and organized Please note this role requires 5 days on site in Abingdon (OX14) where they have manufacturing site and cleanroom, cleanroom suit will be provided and must be used for safety reason when you enter the cleanroom areas for any project related work.
