About the Role
As our Chef, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of pub classics and seasonal dishes
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- A passion for good food and great service
- Food hygiene certification (preferred but not essential)
