Deep knowledge of South Indian regional cuisines (Tamil), specializing in Dosas, Idli, Vada, Pongal, Sambar, Chutneys and authentic meat/seafood chettinadu gravies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
