Key Responsibilities

  • Daily management and support of the kitchen team.

Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)
  • Experience in Asian cuisine, Especially Bali Asian Cuisine and Chinese Cuisine
  • Passionate about good food and skilled in using fresh, high-quality ingredients. An excellent leader with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong understanding of flavour balancing and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Experience in inventory management, cost control, and food safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and team management abilities.
