 Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Frali Restaurant in Sidcup. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking Mediterranean dishes, creating menu items, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
 Qualifications
Culinary skills in Mediterranean cuisine, food preparation, and cooking
Menu planning and creation abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Attention to detail and creativity in culinary techniques
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience working in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants is a plus
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
