Chef/Barista

A vacancy has become available for a hybrid chef-barista (live in options available) role for a small, boutique cafe in Chelsea/Fullham. Duties include but not limited to : Excellent Customer Service Skills (Must) Opening and closing cafes (shift work where applies) Cook food as needed (limited assortment of foods). Keep the café, customer restrooms, and rear garden clean and tidy at all times. Note. that this is a managerial function that requires initiative, self-motivation and experience in this field. We are looking for a professional barista who knows how to work dynamically and above all with great speed. The role is full time from 6 am to 12/15 pm depending on the shift. 5 days a week. Sunday we are closed and another day off to be agreed. it's a small coffee shop so only take away. We are only looking for professional people who know the job well, please don't waste time.

The cafe is a start up but it can get very busy and would need to be fast paced and would have to serve food at lunch time
