Your Requirements:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie who is ready to thrive in a high-energy, premium dining environment. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of your assigned station, from mise en place to service delivery.
We’d love you to have:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for the next step, ideally within a high-volume, fine-dining, or quality restaurant setting
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and station management, with an emphasis on attention to detail and consistency
  • A passion for creating exceptional food and a keen eye for presentation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
  • Adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
