Currently looking for a full time, energetic, skilled and competent CDP who will assist with daily operations within the kitchen, including running smooth services, ensuring correct mis en plas, ordering, and development as well as assuming any other responsibilities of the kitchen. Modern British cuisine.
Full time hours available.
-Closed Monday & Tuesday, with no very late finishes.
-45+ hours per week.
-Flexible rota options available.

-Creativity alongside exec chef.

Successful applicants must have a minimum of 2 years cooking experience, and a command of the English language.
