Chef De Partie– NEW OPENING
As a CDP , you will run a section within the kitchen and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities

  • • Running your section during prep and service
  • • Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
  • • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
  • • Maintaining hygiene, safety, and organisation
  • • Supporting stock and waste control
  • Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates


About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience as a Demi CDP
  • Passion for produce-led cooking
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Calm and team-focused approach

Salary & Benefits

  • up to £15 per hour plus service charge (tronc-based system)
