We’re looking to recruit a brilliant Floor Manager to join the Darwin Brasserie team at Sky Garden. Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food – and incredible view – to do the talking! The ideal candidate must have experience as a Floor Manager or Team Leader within a similar quality led, high volume, fast paced dining environment and be used to dealing with high volumes of guests. You’ll need to be smart in all senses, charismatic, engaging and able to lead a team of up to 75 staff. We're a very busy restaurant - this role is not for everyone.

Looking for an experienced pizza Chef to join our team at our award winning pizzeria at The Bow Bells. The menu consists of pizzas, burgers and chips, so ideally you will be able to multitasking, however you will someone helping you with the service.You will be reliable, and able to work on your own. My Neighbours the Dumplings is a family-run business with 2 local neighbourhood restaurants in East London, specialising in hand-made dumplings and dim sum style dishes made from scratch in-house. We originally started out as a successful pop-up before opening our first restaurant in lower Clapton in 2016. In Summer 2019 we opened our second restaurant in the heart of Victoria Park village. What we do: Offering a selection of dumplings and small plates served family-style to share. Our dedicated Dumpling Team hand-makes all of our dumplings from scratch each day, whilst our Kitchen Team prepares the rest of the menu and handles our two daily services. We work closely with our specialist suppliers to showcase high-quality East/SE Asian ingredients and produce alongside sustainable British meat & seafood. Why we do it: Our menu is a reflection of our diverse restaurant family. It focuses mainly on Cantonese and other Chinese regional recipes and flavours but also draws inspiration from other East and South-East Asian cuisines, combining traditional techniques, family recipes and fond food memories with new ideas contributed by our teams. We are looking for Head Chef for our Soho restaurant. Someone with strong leadership, a team player with positive attitude who will be taking full control of our Kitchen. Previous experience on a similar role needed. Our kitchen is focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat, and also offers a list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas.
