What you'll do: • Cook regional dishes: cook what you'd normally prepare at home, from frittata di pasta to mains, we are looking for the most authentic recipes!, • Be the perfect host by making sure our guests are well taken care of for a memorable experience. Who we are looking for: • Passionate home cook: you’re proud to share your family’s culinary traditions and the story behind them., • Team player with independence: you are able to collaborate with the other Mammas and members of the team but you are also comfortable working on your own., • Deep knowledge of Italian food culture., • Reside in London: Pre-Settled or Settled Status necessary to proceed with this application., • Experience: previous experience in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a must. We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant at Vita Mia Pizzeria. As a Kitchen Assistant you will provide a quality service and be an integral role in the restaurant's operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable kitchen experience. We are looking for someone who is hard working; able to work in a fast paced kitchen independently, as well as with others.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a great work life balance (Monday & Tuesday off), work with fresh ingredients and learn more about the execution and delivery for such a regular event. We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a background and experience working in events or banqueting – an environment with a routine and fixed expectation of consistency. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for delivery of a fixed menu to up to 500 guests per show (with 4 shows on the weekend).
